2025 Recognition Criteria
Students are nominated by the school that they attend. Five students from each school in Madison Heights will be recognized at the ceremony.
Nominations MUST be received by MARCH 28, 2025
There are three different ways to submit a student nomination form:

2. Print, complete, and send the nomination form to:
